Tim Pohlman
FOUNDER / CEO
Tim Pohlman is a former athlete with over 30 years of leadership experience. He has led teams at Westinghouse Electric, Cox Media, CBS Corporation, and Clear Channel Outdoor. In 2005, Tim stepped into entrepreneurship as the Owner/CEO of Riviera Broadcast Group. He and his partner raised $100,000,000 in purchasing 4 FM stations in Phoenix, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV.
Tim has served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, American Lung Association of Ventura County and The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
He earned his Communications degree from The University of Dayton, where he played college basketball, served as co-captain his senior year and was awarded the George Rau Spirit Award.
Tim’s passion lies in helping others strive for excellence, whether it’s through developing elite leadership skills or coaching individuals to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
