Tim Pohlman is a former athlete with over 30 years of leadership experience and more than a decade sharpening his skills under the guidance of a leadership coach. He has led teams at Westinghouse Electric, Cox Media, CBS Corporation, and Clear Channel Outdoor. In 2005, Tim stepped into entrepreneurship as the Owner/CEO of Riviera Broadcast Group. He and his partner raised $100,000,000 in purchasing 4 FM stations in Phoenix, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV.

Tim has served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, American Lung Association of Ventura County and The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He is also an active volunteer with Make A Wish Arizona.

He earned his Communications degree from The University of Dayton, where he played college basketball, served as co-captain his senior year and was awarded the George Rau Spirit Award.
