Tim Pohlman

Tim Pohlman is a former athlete with over 30 years of leadership experience and more than a decade sharpening his skills under the guidance of a leadership coach. He has led teams at Westinghouse Electric, Cox Media, CBS Corporation, and Clear Channel Outdoor. In 2005, Tim stepped into entrepreneurship as the Owner/CEO of Riviera Broadcast Group. He and his partner raised $100,000,000 in purchasing 4 FM stations in Phoenix, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV.

Tim has served on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes, American Lung Association of Ventura County and The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications.

He earned his Communications degree from The University of Dayton, where he played college basketball, served as co-captain his senior year and was awarded the George Rau Spirit Award.

Tim’s passion lies in helping others strive for excellence, whether it’s through developing elite leadership skills or coaching individuals to grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Roger Nadel is a seasoned professional with more than three decades of experience leading both small and large teams. His career began in content creation, and that eventually led to his transition into senior management positions with companies such as CBS Corporation, iHeartMedia, Sporting News and Mr. Master, Inc., building off a skillset rooted in leadership and motivation.

Over the years, Roger has enjoyed success modeling the ideals that Elevate to Elite honors. Leadership, strong organizational skills, creative approaches to problem solving and mentoring others to excellence in their careers and personal lives have earned him a reputation as a respected and influential leader.
