MAKE A WISH ARIZONA
Tim’s work with Make-A-Wish Arizona led to him serving as Moderator/Facilitator for their annual offsite leadership workshop on January 27, 2026. His presentation, “Growing Greatness: Unlocking Our Collective Potential” set the tone for the day for the nearly 50 participants. Topics and breakout sessions focused on Workplace Culture, Positivity, The Importance of Goal Setting and Making A 100% Commitment to the Process & Work. Make-A-Wish Arizona has been granting life-changing wishes for more than 45 years; Tim is honored to be able to give back through his work with this organization which includes being a Volunteer.
C-SUITE CORPORATE LEADERSHIP SIZZLE SHOWCASE
Tim had the honor of being invited to speak at the C-Suite Corporate Speaker Sizzle Showcase held January 16, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona. Tim was one of 9 talented speakers invited to speak to a room filled with 50+ executives, including professional Keynote Speakers. LEARFIELD LEADERSHIP RETREAT
LEARFIELD holds the radio broadcast and advertising rights to more college athletics programs than any other organization. On January 20-22, 2026, Tim presented to a group of 40 of their leaders, representing more than a dozen colleges and universities, at their annual regional management seminar in Philadelphia, Mississippi. Tim’s topic: “Good Is Good, But the Standard Is Excellence” served as a theme throughout the retreat. During the interactive presentation and in breakout sessions later, the concepts in Tim’s presentation resonated with participants and sparked solution-oriented thinking.
VALLEY OF THE SUN J
Positivity isn’t just a mindset; it’s a choice we make every day. That was just one of several important takeaways Tim shared with the 100+ people who were energized by his presentation “The Power of Yes: Embracing Positivity, Pursuing Goals and Growing” on October 29, 2025 at the Valley of the Sun J in Phoenix, Arizona. When people come together with an open mind and a willingness to learn, the energy is contagious and the conversation flows. Positivity is the gateway, but Growth is the journey.
EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST
A joint project by Elevate to Elite Founder/CEO Tim Pohlman and ApexGTX Advisors Founder/CEO Rick Bowers brought 40 people together in Phoenix on October 8, 2025 for a workshop titled “Beyond Good: A Self-Aware Leader’s Pursuit of Excellence.” The breakfast session focused on what separates average leaders from excellent and elite leaders. These experts provided practical tools to sharpen one’s focus, elevate your impact, and lead with greater clarity and accountability. Everyone who attended came prepared to roll up their sleeves and engage in strategies for growth and development.
HonorHealth Foundation Conference
Tim’s presentation “Unlocking Potential: The Four Pillars of Elite Performance” kicked off the annual HonorHealth Foundation Leadership forum in Phoenix on May 22, 2025. Tim challenged the group to look inward, assess how they work as individuals and as a team, and to be open to ways to maximize their own performance and the performance of the organization. HonorHealth Foundation’s President/CEO Jared Langkilde shared with Tim afterward that his message, his energy and his enthusiasm hit just the right notes to spur positive discussions throughout the day on how the participants can challenge themselves to grow both personally and professionally.
