A joint effort by Elevate to Elite Founder/CEO Tim Pohlman and ApexGTX Advisors Founder/CEO Rick Bowers brought 40 people together in Phoenix on October 8, 2025 for a workshop titled “Beyond Good: A Self-Aware Leader’s Pursuit of Excellence.” The breakfast session focused on what separates average leaders from excellent and elite leaders. These experts provided practical tools to sharpen one’s focus, elevate your impact, and lead with greater clarity and accountability.  Everyone who attended came prepared to roll up their sleeves and engage in strategies for growth and development.
